At the moment of booking guest should pay a deposit in order to make an apartment reservation. The amount depends on formula you choose:
FORMULA HOUSING: 2 months payment (the amount is used as the first and the last month’s rent)
FORMULA CAMPUS: 1 month payment (the amount paid is used as the first month’s rent)
FORMULA RECIDENCE: 30% of the whole period of stay
At the moment of arrival every guest should pay the WARRANTY AMOUNT to cover possible damages in the apartment. In case of absence of such damages the deposit will be fully reimbursed at the end of the contract. In case of damage the sum of money (corresponding to the damage made) will be charged.
The sum to be paid as a worrying amount varies and depends on formula you choose:
FORMULA HOUSING and FORMULA CAMPUS: 2 months payment
FORMULA RESIDENCE: 30% of the whole period of stay
The contract to be signed is a contract for supply and services, typical for hotels, with a maximum duration of 18 months.
The contract may be signed for 18 months maximum. Those who are interested in renting the apartment for the entire period enter into a 12 months FORMULA HOUSING contract with possibility of renewal for the next 6 months. For people interested to stay with us for at least 6 months FORMULA CAMPUS rates are valid. Those interested in a minimum 15 days stay should refer to the prices of FORMULA RESIDENCE.
The client has to sign the quote for the entire stay and the terms document. He/she should also send the receipt of deposit payment to the Sharing hotel or to the head office, in case the payment was made via bank transfer. Besides, the document that guarantees the coverage of future payments (payroll, employment contract, certificate from the parents, bank guarantee) will be requested.
Those who wish to take an advantage of “controlled” prices will be requested specific documentation in order to confirm the belonging to one of the categories, to which these prices are reserved (university enrollment certificate, income ISEE, etc.).
The possibility of withdrawal is connected with specific constraints indicated in terms document and varies depending on FORMULA chosen.
There IS a possibility of domicile but there is NO possibility of residency.
It’s possible to bring only small pets, as they don’t damage the equipment and don’t disturb another guests.
During the day each client can accommodate friends or relatives in the apartment. The presence of the guests ought to be registered at reception at the entrance. Night accommodation is also possible in case if there are free beds available in the apartment (ex. in studio apartment with one bed you can’t have guests during the night; in studio apartment with two beds rented by one person there is a possibility of maximum one guest during the night).
Absolutely not: the keys are for the exclusive use of those who live in the apartment.
The apartments are fully furnished and equipped with dishes and accessories for house use, therefore it’s not necessary to bring additional allocations. The modification of furnishing and structural units are prohibited. By the end of the contract apartment conditions should be the same as at the beginning.
The structure is supplied with wireless ADSL internet connection. Each guest receives username and password for free internet access, so that everyone is responsible for his own navigation.
